}}Brahma Rudrulu is a 1986 Tollywood action - drama film directed by K. Murali Mohan Rao and produced by Ashwini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies. It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Venkatesh, Lakshmi, Rajani in the lead roles and music composed by Chakravarthy.[1] The film was flop at the box office.[2]

Plot

Justice Jagadish Chandra Prasad (Akkineni Nageswara Rao) is a disciple of Justice. Once he gives judgment against Balagam Brahmaji (Paruchuri Gopala Krishna) that his election is not valid. Keeping this grudge in mind Balagam Brahmaji implicates Jagadish Chandra Prasad's brother-in-law Balaram (Ranganath) in a murder case for which Jagadish Chandra Prasad gives death sentence to him. There onwards, his sister Kanaka Durga (Sumitra) develops hatred on him and leaves his house. After 25 years, Satya Prasad / Satyam (Venkatesh) nephew of Jagadish Chandra Prasad is again trapped in a murder case by Balagam Brahmaji gang only. While escaping from police he saves Jagadish Chandra Prasad's wife Sujatha (Lakshmi) from thieves and takes shelter in their house and gains their affection. Parallelly, Ganga (Rajani) a servant maid loves Satyam. Since their children does not have care on them Jagadish Chandra Prasad couple decides to adopt Satyam. After the adoption, Jagadish Chandra Prasad comes to know that Satyam is a criminal who killed an innocent girl Jyothi (Ranjani) daughter of Marideswara Rao (Prabhakar Reddy), partner to Balagam Brahmaji and he is his sister Kanaka Durga's son. Satyam gets arrested, Jagadish Chandra Prasad meets and asks him for reality then Satyam reveals the past. Satyam & Jyothi used to study in the same college and loves each other. Balagam Raju (Banerjee), son of Balagam Brahmaji's elder brother is always against Satyam in college and wants to marry Jyothi. One day, in a quarrel, Raju killed Jyothi and accused Satyam. Now Jagadish Chandra Prasad takes up the case as defense counsel and is almost on the verge of winning. To stop him, Balagam Brahmaji kills his wife Sujatha. Even then he moves and brings out Satyam on bail. Hereabouts, Jagadish Chandra Prasad decides to take revenge against Balagam Brahmaji's gang along with Satyam he traps all the baddies and proves Satyam's innocence. Finally, Jagadish Chandra Prasad kills Balagam Brahmaji and surrenders himself to the judiciary.
