[1] [2] Description'Presidio' is identical to the species, likened to a cross between buddleja and Lamb's Ear, making a compact bush < 1.25 m high, with small, terminal, globose, orange inflorescences complemented by small, rounded, felted leaves. [1] Cultivation'Presidio' is not known to be in cultivation beyond the southern USA. The species endemic to dry limestone slopes, good drainage is essential to the plant's survival. USDA zones 8–10.
