词条 | Campanile (cake) |
释义 |
The campanile is similar to southern Italian Easter cakes, like the Sicilian campanaru (whose name has the same meaning).[2] In southern Corsica, in the region around Sartène, it is produced an Easter cake akin to the Campanile and called Caccaveddu.[2][3] IngredientsIts main ingredients are wheat flour, yeast, salt, egg, sugar, shortening (sdruttu) or olive oil, aquavita, raisins, boiled eggs and egg yolk.[1] Raisins are soaked in aquavita, then all the ingredients except the boiled eggs and the yolk are kneaded to form a dough.[1] After leaving the dough to rise, this is shaped as a doughnut, and the boiled eggs, bounded with dough ribbons, are sunken in it. The egg yolk is brushed on the dough to make it golden, and the cake is baked in warm oven for 50 m.[1] References1. ^1 2 3 Schapira (1994), p. 117 2. ^1 2 3 {{cite web|title=Da induve vene u campanile di Pasqua ?|url=http://www.apiazzetta.com/Da-induve-vene-u-campanile-di-Pasqua_a1528.html|website=www.apiazzetta.com|publisher=A piazzetta|language=co|accessdate=9 December 2014}} 3. ^Schapira (1994), p. 116 Sources
