Ana Carolina Cosse Garrido (born 1962 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan engineer and politician. Background and earlier lifeCarolina Cosse studied engineering in Montevideo and was subsequently involved in several IT projects. For a period she worked for the Venezuelan government. In 2010-2015 she served at President of the Uruguayan telecommunications company ANTEL.
