}} Catoptria latiradiellus, the three-spotted crambus moth or two-banded catoptria, is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Francis Walker in 1863.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Yukon and British Columbia to Newfoundland, south to Pennsylvania, Michigan and Colorado.[2] The habitat consists of wet tundra, boreal forests and grasslands. The wingspan is 19–24 mm. The forewings are reddish brown with a silvery-white stripe crossed by two diagonal medium-brown bands. There is a terminal series of black dots. The basal part of the hindwings is whitish and light brown distally. Adults are on wing from July to August.[3] The larvae probably feed on mosses.[4] References1. ^{{cite web |url=http://globiz.pyraloidea.org/Pages/Reports/TaxonReport.aspx |title=GlobIZ search |website=Global Information System on Pyraloidea |accessdate=2014-07-15 }} {{Taxonbar|from=Q13458019}}{{Crambini-stub}}2. ^Bug Guide 3. ^University of Alberta E.H.
