It is a part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, the world's second largest Christian school system.[2][3][4] [5] HistoryFounded in 1925 in Las Cascadas, Panama, UNADECA moved to San Jose, Costa Rica in 1927. It later moved to Three Rivers in 1932 and finally to Alajuela in 1950.[6] UNADECA offers undergraduate, graduate and doctoral (IATS)[7] level degrees.
