Ceranemota amplifascia is a moth in the family Drepanidae. It was described by Clarke in 1938.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California.

The wingspan is 37–41 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is ashy grey, mixed with fuscous and white scales and with a broad, light median fascia and an area of the same shade before the termen, both formed by the numerous overlying white scales. There is a small fuscous spot in the cell, from the apex inwardly to vein 7, then indistinctly to the tornus. There is an irregular narrow dentate fuscous line and the termed is broadly greyish fuscous. The hindwings are light smoky. Adults have been recorded on wing in September and October.[2]
