He competed in the individual and team épée events at the 2004 Summer Olympics.[1] He currently coaches at Northwest Fencing Center, in Beaverton, Oregon.[2] FencingHe started fencing at Northwest Fencing Center, in 1996. In 1998 and 1999, he won the Junior National Championships. In 2001 he won Division 1A, and Division 1 National Championships. He won the silver at a World Cup Grand Prix. He was an Olympic épée fencer at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Cody was on the men's Épée team that rolled in at second place at the 2010 World Fencing Championships, in Paris. He also fenced at the 2012 World Fencing Championships Kiev, winning the Gold in men's Team Épée.
