The population was 216 at the 2010 census.[2] GeographyConner is located at {{coord|45.93075|-114.12453|type:city_region:US|format=dms|display=inline}}, at the confluence of the East Fork and West Fork of the Bitterroot River. U.S. Route 93 passes just to the east of the CDP, leading north through the Bitterroot Valley {{convert|24|mi}} to Hamilton, the county seat, and south over Lost Trail Pass {{convert|69|mi}} to Salmon, Idaho. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of {{convert|4.7|km2|disp=flip}}, of which {{convert|4.6|sqkm|disp=flip}} is land and {{convert|0.1|sqkm|disp=flip}}, or 2.18%, is water.[2] ClimateThis climatic region is typified by large seasonal temperature differences, with warm to hot (and often humid) summers and cold (sometimes severely cold) winters.
