Cranmer Green, also known as Cranmer Piece, is named after the Cranmer family, who lived locally between 1761 and 1843. The site has a pond, which probably dates to the late eighteenth century, and areas of grassland and woodland.[1][3] {{commons category|Cranmer Green}}References1. ^1 {{cite web|url= http://www.lnr.naturalengland.org.uk/Special/lnr/lnr_details.asp?C=0&N=&ID=970|title= Cranmer Green|series= Local Nature Reserves|publisher= Natural England|date= 4 March 2013|accessdate= 27 March 2014|deadurl= yes|archiveurl= https://web.archive.org/web/20140328011725/http://www.lnr.naturalengland.org.uk/Special/lnr/lnr_details.asp?C=0&N=&ID=970|archivedate= 28 March 2014|df= }} {{coord|51.398|-0.161|type:landmark_region:GB-GRE|display=title}}{{LNRs in Greater London}}2. ^{{cite web|url= http://magic.defra.gov.uk/MagicMap.aspx?startTopic=Designations&activelayer=lnrIndex&query=REF_CODE%3D%271082904%27|title=Map of Cranmer Green|series=Local Nature Reserves|publisher=Natural England| accessdate= 27 March 2014}} 3. ^1 {{cite web|url=http://www.londongardensonline.org.uk/gardens-online-record.asp?ID=MER032|title=Mitcham Greens (Fair Green, Three Kings Piece, Cranmer Green/Piece, Cricket Green, Lower Green, Vestry Hall Green)|publisher=London Parks and Gardens Trust|accessdate= 27 March 2014}} 4. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.merton.gov.uk/environment/openspaces/cranmer_green.pdf|title=Cranmer Green: A Report for the London Borough of Merton|date=March 2001|publisher=London Conservation Services Ltd|page=7}} 2 : Local nature reserves in Greater London|Nature reserves in the London Borough of Merton |
