Cratoxylum glaucum grows as a shrub or tree measuring up to {{convert|25|m|-1}} tall with a diameter of up to {{convert|45|cm|-1}}. The flaky bark is reddish brown. The flowers are crimson. The fruits measure up to {{convert|1|cm|in|1|abbr=on}} long.[3]Distribution and habitat
Cratoxylum glaucum grows naturally in Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia and Borneo (including offshore islands). Its habitat is forests (including kerangas forests) from sea-level to {{convert|1100|m|-2}} altitude.[3]References
