}}Dacryodes incurvata is a tree in the family Burseraceae. The specific epithet {{lang|la|incurvata}} is from the Latin meaning "bending inward", referring to the leaflet margin.[3]

Description

Dacryodes incurvata grows up to {{convert|35|m|-1}} tall with a trunk diameter of up to {{convert|30|cm|0}}. The bark is grey-brown and smooth. The ellipsoid or ovoid fruits ripen yellow then purplish and measure up to {{convert|3|cm|in|0|abbr=on}} long.[3]

Distribution and habitat

Dacryodes incurvata grows naturally in Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo and the Philippines. Its habitat is mixed dipterocarp forests from sea-level to {{convert|860|m|-2}} altitude, or occasionally in peat swamp forests.[3]
