ReleaseDark Remains was released on home video on December 26, 2006.[1]ReceptionDennis Harvey of Variety called it "a genuinely creepy ghost story that packs maximum dread per reel".[2] Bloody Disgusting rated it 4/5 stars and wrote, "All in all, unbelievable.
