They was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The listing included two contributing buildings on {{convert|5|acre}}.[1] The house is a one-and-a-half-story stone house with a truncated pyramidal roof. It is about {{convert|29|x|29|ft|m}} in plan. [2]The water tank house is about {{convert|15|ft|m}} in diameter and about {{convert|20|ft|m}} tall.
