Marriage and childrenMarriage of Daksha and Prasuti was the first marriage in Hinduism. Daughters were born to them; some of them are: Svaha (wife of Agni), Swadha (wife of Pitras), Diti and Aditi (both wives to Kashyapa), and Sati (wife of Shiva).
