DAV Centenary Public School, Bhawanathpur Township { or DAV BNP T/S (SAIL) } is an educational institution in Jharkhand, India, located in Garhwa district. It is a co-educational school and features education from the Prep to Senior Secondary levels. It is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and is managed by DAV College Managing Committee. The school was founded in 1985 under the guidance and sponsorship of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has over 2000 students. The curriculum is based on CBSE directives, with the guidance of the DAV College Managing Committee. The school has laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology, computers and mathematics, and a library. The school has facilitates for recreational activities and extra-curricular activities. For extra-curricular activities the students are divided into four houses - Dayananda, Hansraj, Lala Lajpat Rai and Shradhananda. The students participate in inter-house activities. This school is a part of Dayanand Anglo Vedic Schools and it comes under Ranchi-Zone. It is one of the prestigious institutions in Garhwa district. In 2015- 16 session DAV BNP T/S (SAIL) has earned the second position in the academic field among the schools under Ranchi Zone under the visionary leadership of Dr. RK Singh(Principal).
