He writes a weekly column in Valeurs Actuelles. He is close to Jacques Chirac.[1] In 2012, he wrote an open letter to Marine Le Pen to ask her to support Nicolas Sarkozy in the second round of the presidential election.[2] He is a Catholic and has written books about the Catholic origins of France.[3] Bibliography
