}}Dichomeris rurigena is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1914.[1] It is found in Guyana.[2] The wingspan is 17–19 mm. The forewings are brown with a small blackish spot at the base of the costa. The discal stigmata is minute, dark fuscous, with a faint hardly paler slightly bent shade from four-fifths of the costa to the tornus. There is also a terminal series of minute dark fuscous dots. The hindwings are rather dark grey.[3] References1. ^{{LepIndex |id=100720 |accessdate=May 22, 2018}} {{Taxonbar|from=Q13589666}}{{Dichomeris-stub}}2. ^Dichomeris at funet 3. ^[https://archive.org/stream/transactionsofen1914roya#page/277/mode/1up Trans. ent.
