}}Diospyros tuberculata is a tree in the Ebenaceae family. It grows up to {{convert|15|m|-1}} tall. Inflorescences bear up to five or more flowers. The fruits are ovoid to round, up to {{convert|2|cm|in|0|abbr=on}} in diameter. The specific epithet {{lang|la|tuberculata}} is from the Latin meaning "wart-covered", possibly referring to the fruit. Its habitat is lowland mixed dipterocarp forests.
