It is endemic to Ecuador (Morona-Santiago Province). The wingspan is {{convert|22|mm}}. The ground colour of the forewings is cream, sprinkled with grey and with darker strigulae and lines. The markings are grey. The hindwings are cream, in the distal part suffused and strigulated with grey.
