Bing Crosby Stadium Bing Crosby Stadium is located in Front Royal, VA. It was named for the singer/actor after he gave a financial contribution to begin a construction fund. Crosby was a friend of a Front Royal/Warren County resident. Crosby visited Front Royal to dedicate the completed stadium and also "premiered" his movie Riding High at the Park Theater on Main Street. (From my father who was at the premiere! However, there is lots of news coverage of this in the archives of The Warren Sentinel, the local Front Royal newspaper.) ReferencesExternal links
