It also has the widest coverage in Central Luzon with a large fan base in Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Bulacan. UFM is also available on Angeles City Cable Television Network (ACCTN) Channel 6 and online via Twitch TV. It began operations in 2012 as D'Ultimate, with a mass-based station. In 2015, it rebranded to its current brand and switched to a Top 40 format. In 2018, it changed its format to Soft Adult Contemporary.
