He studied medicine at the University of Barcelona and graduated in Medicine and Surgery. He specialized in Clinical Neurophysiology, Pediatrics and European Sleep Medicine. CareerFor the past 27 years, Sancho has served as the Director of Estivill Sleep Clinic, Institute Qiron-Dexeus of Barcelona and the Hospital General de Catalunya. In 1989, he created the Sleep Disorders Unit at the Institut Dexeus in Barcelona. Published WorksSancho is the author of numerous papers, more than two hundred of which have been published in scientific journals as well as books for the general public. Among them is 5 Days to a Perfect Night's Sleep for Your Child, with more than three million copies sold in twenty-two languages.
