Emmanuel Nii Akwei Addo (1943-2017) was a Ghanaian lawyer, Appeal Court judge and public servant. He was a former Solicitor-General at the Attorney-General's department and Ministry of Justice and in this position was Administrative head of the legal Service of Ghana. He has been director of the International Law Division of the Attorney-General's Department and the Ministry of Justice of Ghana. He is a former member of the International Law Commission of the United Nations; forty-ninth session (1997 to fifty-eighth session) (2006).
