Enrique Múgica Herzog (San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa, 1932) is a Spanish lawyer and politician. An opponent against Francoist Spain, he spent three years in prison. He was one of the founders of the Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE), in Franco's time. He managed the establishment of diplomatic relations between Spain and Israel.
