}} Euphaedra ceres, the Ceres forester, is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Gambia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon and the Republic of the Congo.[2] The habitat consists of dry and wet forests, degraded habitats and suburban gardens. Adults are attracted to fallen fruit. The larvae feed on Deinbollia pinnata. Subspecies
