CareerRamos won 4 gold medals at the 2002 Central American and Caribbean Games, in singles defeating Luisana Pérez, in doubles with Luisana Pérez, in team competition with María Ramos, María Mata and Luisana Pérez and in mixed doubles with Antonio Giannini.[3][4][5] Ramos won the bronze medal competing with Luisana Pérez at the 2003 Pan American Games doubles competition.[6] Playing in Valdivia, Chile she took the bronze medal in singles and mixed doubles with Antonio Giannini, also ranking 4th in the team competition of the 2004 Latin American Championship.[7] At the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games held in Cartagena, Colombia, Ramos won the Silver medal in women's doubles[8] and the bronze in singles,[9] team competition[10][11] [12] and mixed doubles.[13]Ramos win the gold medal in women's doubles at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games.[14] She also won the silver in the team competition[15] and the bronze in singles[16] and mixed doubles.[17] She was selected
