It is based in Austria and it participates in UCI Continental Circuits races. DopingIn July 2017, it was announced by the UCI that Matija Kvasina had tested positive for an experimental drug known as Molidustat (BAY-85-3934), during two tests taken during the 2017 Fleche du Sud - a race in which he won. Molidustat represents a class of drugs that act on the same physiological pathways and enzyme cascades as those which are activated during altitude training. Oxygen deprivation has the effect of stimulating the body's production of erythropoeitin (EPO) - Molidustat imitates this.[1] [2] Kvasina was subsequently kicked out of the 2017 Tour of Austria.[3]Team roster{{main|List of Felbermayr–Simplon Wels rosters}}{{Cycling squad start}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Markus Eibegger|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1984|10|16}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Filippo Fortin|nat=ITA|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1989|2|1}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Florian Kierner|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1999|5|17}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Matthias Krizek|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1988|9|29}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Daniel Lehner|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1994|4|14}}}}{{Cycling squad mid}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Matthias Mangertseder|nat=GER|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1998|11|24}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Marcel Neuhauser|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1997|2|25}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Stephan Rabitsch|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1991|6|28}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Lukas Schlemmer|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1995|3|5}}}}{{Cycling squad rider|name=Riccardo Zoidl|nat=AUT|birthdate={{birth date and age|df=yes|1988|4|8}}}}{{Cycling squad end}}Major wins{{palmares start}}
