Filip Maertens (born 1978) is a Belgian tech founder. He was founder of Securax (1999), a Belgium-based cyber-security consulting company (acquired), and founder at Argus Labs (2012) [1], a Belgium-based context-aware profiling company. As a cyber-security researcher, Maertens published multiple software vulnerabilities on Microsoft and Linux platforms,[2][3] and was a global trainer on the Extreme Hacking courses.[4] As a public speaker, Filip has been on TEDx[5][6], Cannes Lions[7], LeWeb,[8] TheNextWeb,[9] Strata [10] and more.
