HistoryOn October 11, 2014, Rawlings, Alex Mendonsa (who ran the House of Blues Las Vegas),[1], talent buyer Peter Ore (former Vice President of Talent Live Nation Denver) in addition to brothers Mike and Dan Flaherty[2] of United Commercial Realty,[2] started Gas Monkey Live at the location where the former Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill was established[3] in Northwest Dallas.[4] With a footprint of {{convert|3500|m2|sqft|abbr=on}},[5][6] the factility is used predominantly for live music and can hold up to 3000 people.[4] American punk rock band Social Distortion[7] performed at the location on opening day.[8] Midway through their "All Bad Things Must End" tour,[9] American rock band Mötley Crüe started in November by working with Dodge[10] for a free show[11] named "Dodge Rocks Gas Monkey",[12] which was restricted to only owners of Dodge Charger,[13] Challenger[14] and Viper vehicles.[15] At the performance, Dodge presented the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat as well as the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.[16][17] References{{RE}}External links
