Gonzalo Alfonso Gutiérrez Reinel (born 10 May 1955 in Lima) is a Peruvian diplomat.

From November 1, 2011 to {{dts|2014|06|23}} he was Peruvian Ambassador to China.
From {{dts|2014|06|23}} to {{dts|2015|04|02}} he was Minister of Foreign Affairs under President Ollanta Humala from 23 June 2014.^[1]
