ڳ, (Arabic letter gueh (U+06B3)), is an additional letter of the Arabic script,[1] not used in the Arabic alphabet itself but used in Sindhi and Saraiki to represent a voiced velar implosive, {{IPAblink|ɠ}}.[2] It is written as ॻ in Saraiki and Sindhi's Devanagari orthography Compound of ڳThe velar nasal is a type of consonantal sound, used in Sindhi and Saraiki language and other some spoken languages.It is compound of 'ن' and 'ڳ'.[3] It is the sound of ng in English sing. The symbol in the International Phonetic Alphabet that represents this sound is {{angle bracket|{{IPA|ŋ}}}}, and the equivalent X-SAMPA symbol is N. The IPA symbol {{angle bracket|{{IPA|ŋ}}}} is similar to {{angle bracket|{{IPA|ɳ}}}}, the symbol for the retroflex nasal, which has a rightward-pointing hook extending from the bottom of the right stem, and to {{angle bracket|{{IPA|ɲ}}}}, the symbol for the palatal nasal, which has a leftward-pointing hook extending from the bottom of the left stem.
