词条 | Ham Lands |
释义 |
The site is a large area of grassland and scrub bordering the River Thames. The other boundary is mostly formed by Riverside Drive. It was excavated for gravel and then backfilled with soil from different areas of London, creating a variety of habitats which attract many bird and butterfly species. The flood-meadows have a wide range of wild flowers[2][3] and there are many plants which are rare in London.[1] References1. ^1 {{cite web|url=http://www.gigl.org.uk/online/site-Details.aspx?sID=M083&sType=sinc|title=Ham Lands|publisher=Greenspace Information for Greater London|year=2013|accessdate= 23 January 2014}} {{LB Richmond}}{{Local Nature Reserves in Greater London}}{{coord|51.435|-0.325|type:landmark|display=title}}2. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.lnr.naturalengland.org.uk/Special/lnr/lnr_details.asp?C=0&N=ham%20lands&ID=196 |title= Ham Lands|series=Local Nature Reserves|publisher=Natural England| date = 5 March 2013|accessdate= 23 January 2014}} 3. ^{{cite web|url= http://magic.defra.gov.uk/MagicMap.aspx?startTopic=Designations&activelayer=lnrIndex&query=REF_CODE%3D%271008934%27|title=Map of Ham Lands|series=Local Nature Reserves|publisher=Natural England| accessdate= 23 January 2014}} 5 : Ham, London|Local nature reserves in Greater London|Parks and open spaces in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames|Parks and open spaces on the River Thames|Floodplains of Europe |
