He married Rani Doya Moyee of the Hurohotte Goza (Clan or Sept). AchievementsHe achieved the title of Rao Bahadur by proving his military prowess in the Lushai Expedition of 1871-72 in the Lushai Hills. It was awarded by the government of the British India.
