It is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations for high school and the Indian School Certificate for intermediate school. It is also known as HCS and the students are called as Crossians. The current principal is Sister Mary John. It is one of the oldest and only catholic school in Ballia city. Though, there are many other missionary schools like St. Mary's School in Rasra in Ballia district, yet HCS stands out the best.
