Berger, was a founding member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), of which Howard-Sloan Legal Search is a member.[2][3] In May 2011, Howard-Sloan presented "America's Funniest Compliance Professional", a stand-up comedy event hosted at the Comic Strip Live.
