Immigration Innovation Act of 2015 or the I-Squared Act of 2015 ("Orrin Bill," {{USBill|114|S.|153}}) was an immigration reform bill introduced in the United States Senate on January 13, 2015, by Senator Orrin G. Hatch. The bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 to establish an annual cap on H-1B nonimmigrant visas (specialty occupations) at between 115,000 and 195,000 visas depending upon market conditions and existing demand.
