Impax Asset Management has been awarded a Queen's Award for Enterprise: Sustainable Development, the UK's highest business accolade for business success.[3] On 18 September 2017, Impax Asset Management Group plc announced that it had entered into agreements to acquire 100% of Pax World Management LLC. The acquisition was completed on 18 January 2018, creating an investment manager focused on the transition to a more sustainable global economy.[4] InvestmentsImpax manages approximately £12.7 billion (as at 28 February 2019[5]) for institutional and high-net-worth investors globally, and is committed to providing strong long-term risk-adjusted returns.
