{{Orphan|date=November 2013}}Indian Rotorcraft Limited (IRL) is a joint venture company of Tata Sons and AgustaWestland, a company merged into Leonardo-Finmeccanica since 2016, which will assemble, customise and flight-test new helicopters at a facility in Hyderabad for the global market.^[1] The joint venture will assemble AW119Ke helicopters. The assembly activity is slated to start in April 2014.^[2]
