Brief History"Into Tomorrow" began its life as "Toys for boys", a radio program about gadgets on WIOD 610AM in Miami, Fl in 1996. By the following year it had been renamed "Into Tomorrow" and was syndicated on the brand new "Advanced Radio Network". Over the years the network grew to encompass over 200 AM & FM US stations, several foreign radio stations, the Armed Forces Radio Network, several online stations, a live online audio stream, a podcast and an online video network.[1][2] FormatStudio ShowsA typical "Into Tomorrow" show is made up of three self-contained hours, each of which features questions from listeners, technology-related news, commentary and discussion and consumer electronics related guest interviews. Remote BroadcastsThe "Into Tomorrow" team travels to technology trade shows all over the world[3] to report on the latest consumer electronics products being introduced. These travels result in either full shows recorded from the trade shows featuring more interviews and no listener questions, or in hybrid shows in which part of the team records a show from the studio answering questions and commenting on technology news stories while part of the team reports on the latest from the show floor.
