}}Isacia conceptionis, the Cabinza grunt, is a species of grunt native to the Pacific Coast of South America and Nicaragua. It can be found at depths of {{convert|0|to|50|m|ft|abbr=on}} in areas with rocky or sandy substrates. This species grows to {{convert|60|cm|in|abbr=on}} in TL, with a maximum known weight of {{convert|1.83|kg|lb|abbr=on}}. It is important to local commercial fisheries.
