Ishaq al-Mawsili ({{lang-ar|إسحاق الموصلي}}) (born 150 AH, 767 CE in Rey - died 235 AH, 850 CE in Baghdad) was a Persian[1][2][3] musician of the Abbasid court at the time of Harun al-Rashid. He was born into family of musicians from Kufa in Iraq;[3] his father Ibrahim al-Mawsili held the same position before him.[1][3]

He was also the teacher of the influential Ziryab, and the contemporary of Mukhariq.
