SemiconductingEnriched Semiconducting carbon nanotubes[4] ConductingEnriched Conducting carbon nanotubes[5] ApplicationsField-Effect TransistorsBoth Wang[6] and Engel[7] have found that NanoIntegris separated nanotubes "hold great potential for thin-film transistors and display applications" compared to standard carbon nanotubes. Transparent ConductorsAdditionally, the ability to distinguish semiconducting from conducting nanotubes was found by Alexander A. Green and Mark C.
