It is approximately {{convert|45|km}} from New Delhi. The resort is set along the northern end of the Aravalli Range, and covers an area of 1.2 square km. It is designed in the form of a ‘mandala’, or circle. ITC Hotels Group operates on the principles of 'Responsible Luxury' and environmental stewardship. ITC Limited (Formerly known as India Tobacco Company) entered the hotel business in 1975 with the opening of their 1st hotel, Chola Sheraton (now rebranded as My Fortune).
