Gabriel (February 26, 1923 – November 26, 1991) was an American attorney and judge who served as the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts from 1971 to 1972 and again from 1973 to 1977. From 1977 to 1990 he was a United States bankruptcy court judge for the District of Massachusetts.
