James S. Marshall was Mayor of Green Bay, Wisconsin. BiographyMarshall was born on March 22, 1819, in Poultney, Vermont.[1] He later moved to St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Green Bay in 1857. In 1862, he married Harriet K. Bailey. They had four children. Marshall died on April 2, 1892. CareerMarshall was Mayor in 1867. He ran a boot and shoe store by trade.
