Jangtud is a barangay in the municipality of Palapag, in the province of Northern Samar, Philippines.[1] It is situated in the southwest portion of Palapag's interior territory, neighboring barangay Rombang of Laoang municipality. May 27/28 every year is the fiesta celebration of this barangay. The names of Bello, Aducal, Muncada, Capate, Verano are the prominent figure in this barangay.{{cn|date=May 2014}} As of May 1, 2010, its population was 716.
