She is also a former co-host on the Emmy Award-winning television show, The Doctors.[1] Berman and her sister Laura Berman[2][3] hosted a US national television program titled Berman and Berman on Discovery Health in 2002 and 2003. She has also appeared on Good Morning America, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, CNN, CNBC, and HLN (formerly CNN Headline News).[4] Education and trainingBerman attended the University of Maryland Medical Center where she received her Master of Science degree. She went on to receive her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine.[5] After obtaining her medical degree, she returned to the University of Maryland to complete her post graduate urology residency and then completed her fellowship training at UCLA Medical Center for Female Urology and Female Pelvic Floor Reconstructive Surgery.
