In 1985, with $115,000 that he received from wedding gifts he started his own business, Creative Program Communications, Incorporated with a few friends. ==Phone Business== Founded in 1984 Locastro's Company, Phone Concepts Inc., ran numerous 900 number phone services, from psychic hot lines to sports scores.In 1987 the focus of the company shifted from 900 number Sports Scores lines to Dating lines. From 1987-1998 this lines were very lucrative. In 1996 the company's main source of Income was the internet. With the partnership of national magazines, Locascio's company was able to sign up thousands of customers for monthly credit card charges, that generated millions of dollars per year for the company. This service ended in 2003.
