He is best known for playing Nelson "Big Head" Bighetti in the HBO comedy series Silicon Valley and Dale in The Big Bang Theory. Early lifeBrener was born in Houston, Texas, the son of Sharon (née Blend) and Daniel Brener.[1] He was raised in a Jewish household.[5] Brener attended Bellaire High School.[6] Brener attended Harvard University, from which he graduated in 2007.[2][7][8] Brener was the president of the Hasty Pudding Theatricals.[9] Filmography
